Theatres.

Colne in Lancashire is the little town which boasts not one, but three theatres, including Colne Muni, The Little Theatre Colne and Pendle Hippodrome. You’ll find something exciting going on most weeks from musicals, plays, live music or visiting artists and each venue specialises in different types of shows.

Transformations are afoot, as the three theatres were awarded a multi million pound grant from the Government’s Levelling Up Fund. The Muni is going green with lots of retrofitted eco measures being added, while The Hippodrome is extending into the Derby Arms next door and finally, The Little Theatre won’t be quite so little any more, as it is extending into its courtyard.

Cycling.

Pendle has lots of great cycling routes for you and your family of all abilities. Some routes are also for beginners or those that prefer easier routes. We have a number of rides along the historic Leeds & Liverpool Canal that are generally flat. Watch the ‘Visit Pendle Cycling Video’ here to get inspired to Cycle in Pendle.
